Journeys Memory Care at Riverton offers a memory care program for loved ones, personalized to meet the needs of wherever they are at in their journey.

This signature program is specifically designed for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Living in a secure memory care residence allows individuals to maintain their functional abilities with a heightened level of safety. The staff at our center are dedicated to bringing joy and supporting residents’ physical, emotional, cognitive, and social day to day needs. Personal care plans are crafted based on the level of care needs, to help maintain independence and quality of life at each stage.
