Gerry admitted to us from LVH- Muhlenberg after sustaining a fall. She received physical, occupational and speech therapy during her rehab stay at Riverton. When Gerry learned she was ready to return to her home at Traditions of Hanover, she was so excited and felt she was ready. Gerry’s son Daniel also noted that when he would visit, the staff was helpful and attentive.
